What to track before and after kindling

Before kindling
Track the pairing, bred date, expected kindling window, nest box timing, and any notes about the doe or prior litter history.
At kindling
Record kindled date, kits born, kits alive, observations, and anything unusual while details are still fresh.
After kindling
Follow survival, growth, sexing, weaning, keeper decisions, and kit records so the litter is not just a note on a calendar.
